Sean Fraser
Co-Founder & CEO
As the Founder and CEO of HVAC Pro CFO, Sean partners with HVAC business owners to help them build stronger, more profitable companies. He specializes in providing outsourced CFO services, financial strategy, and operational insights tailored to the unique challenges of the HVAC industry. Sean works closely with owners to improve cash flow, increase margins, and implement systems that drive sustainable growth.
With strong experience working directly with HVAC companies, Sean has helped contractors streamline their operations, understand their numbers, and make smarter business decisions. He knows what it takes to scale service-based businesses and uses a hands-on, data-driven approach to guide owners toward higher profitability and long-term success.
Sean began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and later worked as an accountant for AEW Capital Management, one of the largest private equity investment managers in the world. He holds a dual MBA/MS in Accounting from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Chinese from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Jiameng Fraser
Co-Founder & COO
As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of HVAC Pro CFO, Jiameng oversees all technical and operational aspects of the firm. She ensures that every client engagement runs smoothly — from accurate bookkeeping and reporting to implementing efficient systems that help HVAC business owners gain clarity and control over their finances.
With a strong background in finance and operations, Jiameng brings years of experience supporting businesses in managing cash flow, improving profitability, and streamlining processes. Prior to founding HVAC Pro CFO, she worked as a fund accountant at BNY Mellon and served as a relationship manager at Bank of America, where she built expertise in financial analysis and client relations.
Jiameng holds a Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Shenzhen University. She is also certified by QuickBooks and Bookkeeper Launch, giving her deep technical expertise in accounting systems and small-business financial management.
